1. About re-do
re-do is a creative platform for making, sharing, learning from, and re-doing creative work. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of re-do, including re-do.net and related services, features, and integrations.
By using re-do, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account and age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to create a re-do account, unless a higher minimum age applies in the country associated with your account. re-do may apply different age, consent, or account-access requirements where required by applicable law or platform rules.
During sign-up, you must provide an accurate date of birth and country so re-do can determine which age-related requirements may apply to you. re-do may retain, minimize, or delete age-assurance information according to the legal requirements that apply in the relevant jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate information.
You are responsible for the activity associated with your account and for keeping access to your connected identity and devices secure. re-do may use AT Protocol identity and may allow you to connect third-party accounts such as Twitch or YouTube. Your use of those third-party services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create and submit to re-do. You grant re-do a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, and technically process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and present the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, publish, embed, or otherwise share your content. You must not use re-do to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
4. Re-dos and attribution
re-do is designed to preserve relationships between original creations and works that re-do, adapt, learn from, or build on them. A re-do relationship does not itself grant permission to copy material that is protected by copyright or another right. Users remain responsible for obtaining any permission required for their use.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use re-do to:
- break applicable law or encourage unlawful activity;
- infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- upload malware, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access;
- harass, threaten, exploit, or deliberately harm other people; or
- use automated methods in a way that places unreasonable load on the service or bypasses access controls.
6. Moderation and removal
re-do may restrict, remove, or disable access to content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users, protect the service, or address security and operational risks. Where practical, re-do may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
7. Third-party services
re-do may link to, embed content from, or connect with services operated by third parties, including AT Protocol services, Bluesky, Twitch, YouTube, Google, and Cloudflare. re-do does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or policies.
8. Service changes and availability
re-do is under active development. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. re-do does not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, re-do is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, re-do will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from your use of the service.
10. Age and jurisdiction-based restrictions
re-do's general minimum age is 13. A higher minimum age may apply in some jurisdictions; Australian accounts are currently subject to the stricter age-16 threshold. re-do may restrict account creation, access to features, or continued use of the service where a user does not meet the applicable age requirement, where parental or guardian consent is required, or where another legal restriction applies in the country associated with the account. Some cases may be held for manual review where the applicable rule or the service's legal classification is uncertain.
If verified parental or guardian consent is required and re-do supports that pathway for the applicable jurisdiction, re-do may ask for a guardian email address and record the resulting consent decision. If re-do determines that account information is inaccurate or that continued access would not comply with an applicable rule, it may request updated information, limit features, suspend the account, or take other reasonably necessary steps.
11. Ending use of re-do
You may stop using re-do at any time. re-do may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary under these Terms. Some provisions, including those concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes, may continue to apply after your use ends where appropriate.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as re-do develops or legal and operational requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated through the service when appropriate.
